All artwork for print or laser engraving must be provided in vector .eps format. We work with Corel 18. PDF files may be submitted as long as they are high resolution and not scanned images.

All artwork for lasering must be in BLACK/WHITE with no shading. The laser will only recognize the black imaging. The items that you would like lasered would be your black image. Any other formats provided will be subject to art charges.

Digital artwork must be provided to produce embroidery disks. Embroidery disks are a .dst format and can only be produced by a proper embroidery digitizer. 

Art files that are not submitted in the proper formats are subject to art charges. Charges will range based on the complexity of the desgins. A quote will be provided within 24hrs of art submission.

Proofs on orders: Once a order is submitted and a proof is provided, any changes to the proof will result is a $25.00 fee to redo. Cancellation of an order once a proof has been provided will result in a $48.00 fee due immediately (plus HST) for service rendered.
